Located at 55 Princess Street in Manchester, this premium office suite has been transformed into a modern, high-quality workspace designed to attract forward-thinking tenants. Situated adjacent to the iconic Manchester Town Hall, the development combines contemporary design with exceptional views, creating a striking environment both inside and out.

Our Contribution

One Electrical was delighted to support our client in delivering this project, marking the second development of its kind completed within recent months. Our team provided a complete turnkey service, including consultation, lighting design, supply, installation and commissioning.

The lighting scheme was carefully developed to complement the architectural aesthetic of the space. Black linear luminaires were selected to integrate seamlessly with the exposed sprayed ceiling, while decorative fittings were incorporated throughout the communal areas and kitchens to enhance the overall ambience. Discreet LED tape lighting was installed within shelving features in the kitchens and washrooms, adding subtle visual interest and elevating the finish throughout the suite.
