You must have an account to purchase from us, but we do have hundreds of stockists around the UK. Being a preferred supplier to all of the national wholesalers, and most of the top independents too you can most likely get your hands on our products quite easily. If it’s a large or specification project please do contact us so we can ensure the best channel for all parties involved.

In general, we offer a 5yr warranty across our luminaires. With the exception of some temporary lighting & also those containing batteries. Please do check with us, or via the data sheet if you are unsure. But please do rest assure, we honour and warranties on the seldom occasions they are called upon. Remember we’re a 20+year established business that is not going anywhere!

If you have a product failure, simply contact us with the details, and we’ll send a replacement right out. On certain occasions we can look to cover the reinstallation cost to, but this has to be agreed upon the original contract/project acceptance.
